1. Who we are
kenovislabs ("kenovislabs", "we", "us") is a software product operated by Rafa Barranco Vela, an individual seller. kenovislabs provides identity-gated access to the Kenovis AI-OS Framework layer and related tooling, served at runtime to an authenticated account — never installed as a standing local copy.
2. Paddle is our reseller
Products and services on this site are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT collection and remittance, and payment-related customer support for all purchases. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to every purchase in addition to these Terms.
3. The service
kenovislabs is always a paid product — there is no free tier. An active, paid Subscription is required for your account to receive Framework-layer content. Subscribing does not transfer any copy of the Framework layer to you to keep; access is served per authenticated session and stops when your Subscription is no longer active.
4. Accounts
An account is created the first time you sign in with GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your GitHub account and your kenovislabs API key. A revoked or expired API key stops working immediately; a new one can be issued by signing in again.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: share your API key with anyone outside your own use, attempt to extract or redistribute Framework-layer content as a competing product or service, attempt to circumvent authentication or rate limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your Subscription at any time through the billing portal Paddle provides at checkout confirmation. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under its own Buyer Terms, since Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kenovislabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
